Staci Ritchie

Staci Ritchie joined RICHARD CPAS in 2018 and has over 15 years of professional accounting and auditing experience. At an early age, Staci knew that she wanted to be an accountant. She spent her weekends and summers during high school recording transactions and reconciling accounts for her father’s small business in the oilfield industry. Staci headed off the city from Lafayette, LA to obtain her Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from UNO. She worked for approximately 1 ½ years in industry for a small financial institution performing many accounting functions and further managing the credit card and short term lending programs. Staci joined a large regional firm in January 2005 as a staff auditor and worked her way up to Audit Supervisor in her five years with the firm, specializing in financial institutions, construction, oil & gas and internal control assessments & documentation. After leaving public accounting, Staci furthered her knowledge of different industries such as financial institutions, insurance and oil & gas servicing in which she held various roles from Assistant Controller, Chief Administrative Officer and Finance Director. Her experience ranged from managing small accounting teams, to an insurance agency with a staff of 24, and further on to a finance team of 24 among multiple offices across the continental US, Alaska and Dominican Republic for a Global Fortune 500 company.

Staci has recently worked with a local manufacturing company as their outsourced CFO for over a year, supporting significant company growth, implementing new systems to gain process efficiencies while decreasing overall department costs. Staci has also built a team of qualified accountants to partner with small businesses in various industries while handling all of their accounting needs.

In addition, Staci serves as a volunteer Board Member for the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, which provides her first-hand insight and knowledge of the issues and challenges facing small businesses in the local economy. This knowledge assists RICHARD CPAS in providing quality valued added service to each of our clients.
